3S MECH — custom part fabrication specialist
3S MECH is a custom fabrication specialist. A drawing, a photo, or a broken part pulled off the line is enough to start. We measure, draft, select the material, cut and machine it, then deliver the part assembled and ready to install.
Based in Georgia, we supply parts to nearby manufacturing plants including the Hyundai facility. Downtime is cost, so we take short-lead-time jobs and one-off single pieces without hesitation.
Our work is not limited to automotive. Jigs, tooling and motion components for rail car build and maintenance are made to the same standard.

Different floors, different requirements
Automotive
AUTOMOTIVEJigs, welding fixtures, conveyor parts and inspection gauges for body and assembly lines — built to the same mounting dimensions as the original so they drop straight in.
Rail
RAILHeavy support stands, bogie supports and fitting-out workbenches for rail car build and maintenance. Load-bearing structures are checked down to the weld.

Drafting

No drawing needed. We measure the physical part, or work from photos and sketches, and turn it into a production drawing. Revisions, unit conversion (mm↔inch) and breaking assemblies into machining drawings are included.
Precision cutting
Steel · aluminium · stainless
Plate cutting, structural section cutting and hole work to drawing dimensions. Edges are dressed and chamfered so no extra work is needed at assembly.
Part fabrication
Machine elements · structures · assemblies
From structures like support bases, brackets and frames to motion assemblies using LM guides and ball screws. We source the standard components and assemble, so the unit arrives complete.
Equipment improvement
Retrofit · part replacement · upgrades
Discontinued parts, imported items with long lead times and repeat failure points are remade to equal or better spec. We also visit the floor and propose fixes for ergonomic or safety issues on existing equipment.
